I have a chance to buy a 49 Deluxe that has been sitting in a barn for the past 20 years. Pristine exterior, not sure about int and not running. What might it take to get it running again? Where should I start?

Start by checking the engine to see if it is seized or not. Spray oil into the spark plug holes and then try and turn it over by hand slowly.
