Angry Bad running 350 crate motor

The longer it runs the worse it gets. When it first starts it runs fine, but after a few minutes it acts as though it is running out of gas at idle speed and upon acceleration. After initial acceleration hesitation it runs pretty well at driving speeds, but when you stop it starts missing and I can barely get it to accelerate again. I have changed carburetor, fuel filter, coil, points, rotor and distributor cap are ok. This is a 350 Jegs crate motor with less than 5000 miles on it I saw on another forum that a guy named Jerry had a 72 Nova with a 350 Edelbrock crate engine in 2011 had very similar problems, but I never saw if he found the problem.. Anyone with a solution or help diagnosing this problem would be greatly appreciated.
