his was my family car since 2008 -- it was purchased with 11k miles on it from Apple Valley Chevrolet in Martinsburg | Winchester & Hagerstown.

The good:
2006 Avalanche LT Z71
4WD (works like a charm) --select auto, 2h, 4h, auto4wd
Leather interior (no cracks or tears)
Bose System (no busted speakers)
Have all the pieces for bed
Never Towed anything
Never been off road
Tires are all terrain's with about 40k on them (PLENTY of good tread left)
Chrome running boards
Sun Roof
Heavy Duty OEM GM rubber floor mats
Heated Leather seats
Have all the original goodies that came with the truck (jack/maint kit, and bed cover tie down, owners manual etc)
Replaced front brakes about 7k ago
replaced air filter with OEM filter 15k ago
replaced rear brakes about 20k ago
replaced every idler and tensioner
replaced water pump 60k ago
replaced fuel filter 35k ago
oil changed ~1200 miles ago
replaced both compressor and serpentine belt 3k ago
new plugs and wires ~800 miles ago

The Bad:
The truck has 157k miles

The Truck has developed a tick on the top passenger side of the motor under the valve cover. I had it diagnosed and was told it needed new lifters, and possible a new exhaust valve on #5.
I was also told the truck would need a new fly wheel , apparently its cracked and can get noisy after a while.
To pass inspection it needs the evap canister replaced (~200 bucks from GM)


this has been my family vehicle, My wife's been driving since its had about 75k on it. It didn't develop that tick until a few weeks ago.

the Asking price is roughly (+ or - a couple hundred) what the dealer quoted me for a trade in.

Price is 7500obo.

we still drive this truck daily.


Title in hand, I may be open to trades depending on what you've got.
