Navigation LockPick for GM Trucks/SUVs (Tahoe, Silverado, Yukon, Escalade and More!)
Coastal Electronics Gen4 GM LockPick
Price: $115.00 + Shipping, OBO.
Location: Southern California
Contact: vanshmack@aol.com
Up for sale is a Coastal Electronics LockPick for GM vehicles. This is a plug-and-play wiring harness and controller that connects to your GM car/truck,SUV Navigation unit and vehicle harness. It unlocks features disabled by GM, such as DVD video (while moving), address input while moving, XM category scrolling while moving, and many more. It also provides an RCA input so you can add a backup camera or other type of camera, and will show a picture on the Nav screen.
This is a Gen4 unit that I purchased new in 2007. I'm selling because I retrofitted the Nav from my 2007 Tahoe to my 2006 Impala, but the car doesn't have all of the connectors for the Lockpick.
This unit will work on the following:
2007 and up Tahoe, Yukon (and Denali), Avalanche, Suburban, Escalade, Acadia, Enclave, Outlook
2008 and up Silverado (GMT-900), Sierra
2009 and up Traverse
2011 Buick LaCrosse
Please let me know if you have any questions!

I'm very interested. I've been looking for a way to enable DVD viewing while in motion. So far, the only option I've heard of is from NAV TV and sells for $300. How hard is this to install? Can it be done by the owner pretty simply?

It's about a 20 minute install. The hardest part is getting the dash trim panel around the radio off! After that's it's about 6 bolts, pull the radio out and plug in the harness. Simple as that.
I do have a sale pending, but your're first in line if it falls through.
