1987 Buick Somerset - Instrument cluster goes out when headlights turned on.
Hey, everyone!
My brother just acquired a 1987 Buick Somerset Custom, the problem is, when he turns on the headlights, the digital instrument cluster fades out. When he turns them back off, they fade back on. The dimmer switch has no effect and neither does low beam/high beam.
We'll be taking the cluster off soon and seeing if we can find anything easily repairable, if not I'll get someone I know to check everything over, but was wondering if anyone could give any advice?
