Default 1990 chevy c1500 4.3L needs help

truck has intermittent idle, surge, cuts out after driving a few miles. The truck sat for a year so we had he heads rebuilt. it ha almost 200,000 miles on it. we replaced the O2 sensor, idle air control valve, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, pickup coil, fuel filter. the fuel pump has atleast 140,000 on it, maybe it's going out??? any ideas?

very possible pump is shot. old gas can leave a gummy film on stuff, known as tarnishing. fairly inexpensive and fairly easy to replace. worst case, if ya replace and it don't fix, then you'll know it ain't the pump.
