Default Need To Realign Van's Rear Cargo Door

I just replaced the weather stripping on the rear cargo doors on my 1979 G20 Van which has now amplified how the right door is out of alignment in its fit between the edge of the door on the hinge side and the door frame of the body:the top gap is 3/8 wider than at the bottom. Where the two cargo doors meet in the center, about 5 inches from the top-down, the rubber seal on the right door will pinch out when it's pushed shut: the gap is very narrow.

After loosening the right door hinge bolts on the van body side, I found no adjustment travel.

I figured maybe a "seating" of the new rubber on this door would help after 3 weeks but did not. Dressing the rubber in the problem area had no effect.

Thank you
