Hi folks, my name’s Ellie and I’m wondering if anyone might be able to identify these parts I’ve been digging up from an old junk pile on our new property. (I hope this is the right subforum—lemme know if there’s a better place to post this.)
I think…? the engine is a V8, but the dirt around it is frozen and I haven’t been able to dig it out further yet. The number on it is 6GM3970010 and it has some numbers on the side. Guessing there might be more identifiers under the dirt. My brother and I were guessing it might be a Chevy of some sort, so I thought I’d try and see if anyone here might know.
Kind of a cool find. Found a radiator fan and some Cadillac hubcaps from the 70’s-80’s nearby, too.
