I have located the relay in the glove box and pulled it out and swap it and no change I have left it out and noticed that the headlights work but the passenger side is normall brightness but the driver side is dim. You underhood fuse box. It sounds like you have blown the fuse for the right side headlamp. Check your underhood fuse box to find it. Its using the DRL mode on the right side to compensate for the inoperative low beam.
