2002 Engine&trans into 1998

2002 Engine&trans into 1998
I have a 98 s10 it has no engine/trans also have a 2002 that was wrecked with a good engine/trans but the wiring is butchered. Will I have any issues using the wiring and ecm from the 98 with the 2002 engine? I can see the ECM is different between them, just not sure what else I'd run into. Thanks
