2003 S-10 ABS and emergency beak light on all the time

2003 S-10 ABS and emergency beak light on all the time
I know this has been discussed multiple times in multiple forums but I think mine might be different...
Abs light come on about 8 years ago after hitting a bump hard. Emergency break light was operational till the line connecting the peddle to the emergency break broke about a year ago and now the light is on all the time, even after having the break fixed.
i just got done taking out the abs control modul and adding solder to the 6 spots mentioned in most videos. Reinstalled and no luck. Also cleaned the ground wire connector and still no luck.
have not checked wheel sensors but that's my next though? Is there an easier way to check besides removing the wheels? Would getting an obd2 reader help identify which wheel or issue?
