Default 2003 S-10 Blazer Power Door Lock/Rear Window Lock

I have a 2003 S-10 Blazer 4 Door with Power Locks. Suddenly the back window will not unlock, and the interior power door lock switch will not lock or unlock the doors. The doors lock and unlock with the wireless remote, but the rear window will not. I reprogrammed the power door locks, but they still won't work with the interior switches.
The door locks work with the key fob, but the rear window will not unlatch.
Can anyone give me some idea on how to fix this? I did a search on the power locks, but I didn't find this question. Thanks in advance.

I had the same trouble as you discribed on my 2001 Blazer. There are two fuses. There is a fuse in the fuse panel on the end of the dash and there is one in the fuse box under the hood. Mine was the fuse under the hood. I can't remember the size of the fuse, but I think it was 5 amps or less. Hope this helps.

I have this same problem, mine started about three months ago on a 2003. It sounds like the actuator still works, does that mean that the fuse could still be bad? I would not think so. I saw someone with the same problem and they said you can't get in there without cutting the button on the outside which is a 200 dollar part and getting an actator (70) bucks......any thoughts

i had to replace both the 3amp fuse under the hood which is for the mirrors and locks. its labeled on the diagram as mir/lck 3a i believe.
and the one on the drivers side of the dash which is labled for the power locks. the only thing i recommend is look at the diagram to locate the right fuse. on mine someone put the wrong amp fuse in the 3amp spot under the hood so i didnt find it until i looked at the diagram. normally it would be the only 3amp fuse under the hood.
