98 4.3 vortec
I own a '98 Bravada with a 4.3 vortec. The engine will idle fine, but as soon as the tac. hits 2200 it starts to miss. The fuel filter is new and the pressure runs about 58psi static and 55psi at idle. it doesn't fluctuate when reved. Vaccum is 18Hg. It has all new plugs, wires, cap, and rotor. The Scantool shows dtc's p0341 and p0339. I replaced the crank sensor and cleared the codes. It didn't help and the codes returned. I see no problems with the reluctor wheel. The three wires to the cam sensor were broken (before all the problems began) and i used low resistance butt connectors to repair them. Can this be cousing my problem

bravada p codes
The definitions of my codes are p0341= camshaft position sensor "A" circuit low. P0339 crankshaft position sensor "A" circuit intermittent. Battery voltage to the ckp is 11.4 volts. the purple wire (ground) is .3ohm. and the yellow signal wire is 2.4ohm. I 'm not sure how to interpret "Freeze Frame" data, but it shows that the engine rpm at the time the codes were set was 6,740 rpm. I'm sure the pcm has a rev. limiting feature, but the engine is not even close to this rpm. Lastly,I'm getting a clicking noise under the passenger side of the dash, it does this on its own; however if i turn on the flashers or the turn signal it seems to click in perfect time to the signal lights. its probably a bad flasher, but I'll mention it just in case it might be relevant.
