Cam/Torque Converter Selection
Hello all,
I am currently building a 350 out of an 86 Chevy. It has stock heads, casting number 14096217, that I am planning on building to help save some $$. My question is, with these heads, using stock springs, what kind of cam would be compatible? I have a turbo 350 transmission that I'm going to build to go behind it. I'm wanting to put a little higher than stock stall converter in it. Engine and transmission are going in a 2000 S10. Not looking for crazy horsepower. End game goal is to be able to take this little truck to the drag strip for fun drags but also be able to drive it on the streets occasionally.
TIA!
