Default check engine light and OBD codes

Hi and thanks in advance for the help. I have a 1995 S10 4.3L Vin Z. I Have a intermittent check engine light. The system has a OBD II connector but its the OBD 1.5 that a lot of the cars from 94 and 95 have. I disconnected The battery a for about 1/2 hour and then took it for a ride. The check engine light came on in about 3 minutes. The truck ran poor most of the time. This is the codes that I am getting by jumping pin 4 to 12 on the 16 pin obd II connector.

Is the prom and Mem-Cal error because I had the battery disconnected and did not run the car for 15 to 20 minutes or is the Prom bad and or the ECM. Is the Incorrect MEM-CAL code 51 a check sum on the prom memory? If it is normal when you disconnect the battery then should I be looking to replace the Ignition module for the trouble. Thanks again for the help.
