First, I'm trying to make an engine/transmission "swap", so I need to know how big I can go with a new engine/trans. Next, on a "new" engine i would to puta carb on and i need it to be street legal, so what kind, make/model.And, I want to put new gauges in( tach, speed, volt, water,oil,fuel/sender) what kind and what series. ThenI will need a new clutch andpressure plate, where isthe best place to buy the clutch and pressure plate and what kind.

Default RE: few questions...

If you want more power the easiest swap will be a 4.3. A 350 will fit with a little work and money. Any tranny for the two should fit fine too.
