Need help ordering wheels and tires for my S15

I have a 1989 GMC S15 with a small block, I want to put steel wheels with baby moons and trim rings on it. Can anyone give me an idea on what wheels (offset) etc... to order?

Also the current tire sizes are:
Front: P215 65R15
Rear: P255 60R15

Anyone have any suggestions on tire size as well.
