Default rear squealing

I just changed my pads and rotors all the way around and all of a sudden it sounds like squealing when I accelerate and the more I accelerate the faster the sound goes. If my foot is not on the gas then there is no noise. Where did I go wrong?

and there was no indication beforehand? does it happen at lo speeds? did u change the rear shoes?
