VIN does not seem to exist?
First time poster here, never even lurked before. Anyway, hope someone can help. Trying to sell father in laws truck for him (nursing home) tried to get appraisal from Edmonds using the VIN number. It said the VIN is "invalid".
I have a close up picture of it and know for a fact I entered it 100% correct. I can decode it with the tool on this site. Apparently no 99 S10 regular cab pickups in two wheel drive ever got a 4.3L?
Here's the VIN if some one can help me figure out why it would be invalid on Edmonds. 1GCCS14X3XK156438
THANK YOU
edit: Could this truck be an oddball that they only made a small number of in it's configuration?
