Default Why does my Blazer stop running when it has been running fine for a while.

I have a 2002 Chevy Blazer 4x4. After I run it for some time it seems to want to just die. I seem to notice the problem mostly after I have been running for some time and it gets hot. When I run in cold weather it seems to run better. Also when the fuel is down low it tends to act up more. I have had the catalytic converter removed, the spider injectors replaced and nothing seems to have improved. I am tired of spending money with no results. Does anyone have any ideas.
