99 s10 truck will not change gears it’s starts in 2nd and will manually shift to 3rd but no 4th started checking grounds and seems I have a power too ground problem and it will blow the fuse for the dash. I have taken the whole dash and harness out looking for problems but when I disconnected the steering column from the harness it stopped showing power on my ground. Any ideas?
