Default Coolant leak

Hello, I have a 2007 Chevy unplander and the other day when I was driving the coolant temp gage went to its max and I got a bunch of warnings about hot coolant so I pulled over and noticed coolant on the ground..

Later that day when I got the van home I topped up the fluid and all the warnings went away.. But when roping up the coolant I noticed it was brown and full of sludge so I drained it now that I'm trying to add the water and cleaner the water keeps pouring out of this pipe that has holes all up it does anyone know what his is or why its happening
