2020 Traverse. Sometimes when reversing, the backup camera stops working. Had the service people at Transwest in Henderson, CO check it while I was there for another problem. The guy ran a diagnostic and said he couldn't find any issues. Never had this problem with my Ford. Anyone else experiencing this? Any known causes or fixes?

 

Mine does that only when it's cold outside. Been doing it for years usually when it warms back up it goes away.

 

I've had a similar issue with my 2022 Silverado's backup camera, it seems like a software glitch. Have you tried resetting the rearview camera system by disconnecting the 12v battery for a few minutes and then reconnecting it? That sometimes fixes the problem for me.
