Be weary of doing the radio software update recall. Mine was done on 2021 Tahoe and I lost features on the radio. No answer to my inquiry with GM.

Welcome to the forum. You have to ensure that the vehicle remains visible to the satellite for the entire period of the software update.

Dealership performed the update and attempted to fix the problem. I think the issue is with the update itself. The update changed the settings on the radio. I’m told that the update cannot be reversed. Appears there needs to be an update to the update.

I am sure that there is a way to correct the problem; however, GM is probably not willing to do so. I’ll even accept a new radio that will receive all Sirius stations if GM were to offer. Think that would be less expensive than the cost to write a new software update.
