Default Connecting rods on 2017 L83 are they reusable?

Good evening,
I am currently rebuilding my engine due to a valve lifter completely shattering.

Are the connecting rods and bolts reusable?

I was shocked to see that they were a forged solid piece before I removed them from the crankshaft. My brain is still spinning on how they got this solid piece of metal onto the crankshaft.
