Oil Pump Change 2021 Silverado 1500 3.0 Duramax
Hello,
It’s getting close to time to have the oil pump belt on my 2021 Silverado 3.0 duramax. I wanted to know what everyone recommends to change while everything is removed to get to the belt. So far what I’m thinking is:
-Oil Pump Belt
-Rear Main seal
-Transmission fluid, gasket, and filter change(since transmission needs to be removed anyway)
-Oil Pan gasket(oil and filter change)
Is there anything else recommended that I should have done(or removed from my list) while the mechanic is down there? I want to do as much preventative care as possible while the big parts are already removed.
