Default High rpm issue

Ok I got stranded one day just stalled out so I scanned it came up with throttle body and pedal codes so I replaced the tb and app now when I start it the idle races to about 2500 to 4 grand then after a minute ot drops then stalls out then also threw a mad and map code I checled wiring I got the 5 v ref and grounds and power to the map amd maf also check resistence in the plugs so im almost certain I ruled out electrical so I'm not sure where to aim next any ideas guys not aure if I ahould check vacuum for the high idle or pm issues whatcha guys think?

Idle relearn Will happen,some take a good amount of time,100 or so miles

That's what I thought but hard to drive it at a constant 4g tac I looked in rhe computer to see if theres an option for a relearn just saw crank thats it
