Hello, Chevygirl63. Welcome to the Chevrolet Forum.

Have you put your OBD reader on it, for code, yet ? Usually these codes point in the direction, if they don't pinpoint the problem. Changing the 02 sensor might be coincidental. Have you checked your battery wiring? Many times these wires corrode, and drain energy from the battery.

Does the engine crank?

Check for a blown fuse. Check them all. If the O2 sensor you are installing is not the correct replacement it could blow a fuse and cause a no start.

Was it running before you replaced the sensor?

Default No start

I pulled every fuse under dash and under hood. All good. It was running before o2 sensor was replaced. Was showing code for bank 1 o2 sensor. Now it will start but dies immediately. No codes are coming up.

Default Truck won't stay running.

Ok, still having issues with 2003 silverado. Starts but dies immediately. All fuses good, checked grounds, new fuel pump, fuel filter. Battery good. Replaced camshaft position sensor, crankshaft position sensor plus 3 others, also replaced all 4 o2 sensors. Not showing any codes. Truck will start but dies immediately every time. Acts like it is out of fuel. Don't know what else to do. Oh, also replaced positive battery cable. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You need to use a fuel pressure gauge to find out if you are getting proper fuel pressure to the injectors.
