ihave remove the uree and change my hexaust line. I have install an h and s chips and I don't find than I have 200 hp more like the seller talk to me!!! somebody can answer me why???

If you get caught doing that, not having 200hp will be the least of your worries. The gub'ment take a dim view of people trying to circumvent their rules - even when they are idiotic.
Anyway, are you sure that you don't have a loose wire or failed to hook up something properly? Could you have a sensor that is not reading right and keeping your pressure too low?
