Disarming the Factory Alarm

I have a Viper Remote start system that was installed over 2 years ago. It worked fine until I had my transmission swapped. what its doing is you can start it with the key the normal way but when you try to use the remote it starts then turns off right away. Thats the same thing it would do if the factory alarm had been set off. I believe the fuel pump shuts off. Is there any way to disarm the factory alarm so I can start my truck from a distance?

get your by-pass module reprogrammed.
they probably d\c the battery for an extended period of time and reset the module

you need to locate the by-pass module, and get a part number off of it, then find the manufacturer's website to find an install manual of some sort
