Unhappy Power window conversion issues.

I have an 02 silverado LS work truck basically. Doesnt look like one but im trying to convert manual crank windows to power. I first bought a kit which was a mistake. Fried on day 2. Second was an actual regulator/track from ebay.. Slow roll up speed. So i just bought a 120 dollar OEM regulator setup... Same. Lubed with white lithium grease and sprayed silicone in window channels. No help. I have tried adjusting angles etc... No change. Any suggestions?

I suspect crappy lift motor. Unhook the linkeage, watch the motor speed, is it slow? Is this just the one window? Roll window down as far as you can without being able to unhook linkage. Leave the linkage off the regulator to motor, now how much resistance are you having by manually pulling the windo up?
