got a 04 silverado 2500 hd n looking to replace the door speakers but im wondering how to take the door panels off?

 

not sure if its the same but on my 2000 1500 ex. cab the front door panels all you had to do was remove the screws from the pull handle and then pop the button center out, (the peice of plastic that holds the power windows and locks buttons), and i think there was a screw there (can't really remember been a while) then they just popped up like an inche then pulled right off. they have a hook instead of the cheap plastic clips that have to be replaced everytime you remove the panels a much better design if you ask me.

 

on an 04 the window switches dont pull off there is a screw behind the lock lever, under the handle, pop off the top sail panel
(top corner by mirror), trim around handle, possibly a screw on back edge on front side that has a cover over it looks like a little bubble and a push clip where the fuse panel meets the panel rear doors pretty much the same just i think there is a screw on the bottom corner

 

oh yea they lift straight up after all the screws and stuff are out be careful with the rear window switches they have a problem with coming apart while trying to unplug
