Sorry for the delay getting back with you but I've been kind of busy. I've talked to a few friends of mine and they have said that if the clutch and pressure plate are good go back to the slave cylinder to see if maybe it got maxed out when you replaced it before the clutch. If the clutch was the problem it may have fully extended the little rod in there and it won't be able to go back in. If it can't be pushed back it it will have to be replaced. If that's not the case, then check the tranny. As I said sorry for the delay and I hope you fix it with out having to replace the transmission.
