My oil pressure keeps dropping on the gauge, i know im still getting pressure and oil as i looked in the valve covers. When i start her up the gaude says im around 40 but when i start driving it drops to 30, 20, 0, then the 'check gauges' light comes on. i replaced the oil pressure sender thinking that went, but it is still doing it. i have a new oil pump too, any ideas?

Would you describe this as fairly good pressure when cold and gets progressively worse the hotter the engine gets?<O

install a mechanical gauge and then you will know. After all you have done, it may be the instrument cluster but a mechanical gauge will assure you none the less.

Put a good mechanical gauge on it. If you're still showing that pressure dropping way off when it's hot, you've got lower end bearing trouble.
