1997 Chevy 4.3 vortec conundrum need advice!!!
hi ive got a 97 chevy 1500 with a 262 CI vortec engine. well im down to the point after i all but blew the motor from massive oil loss and a possibly soon thrown rod.... so after looking and researching ive seen that only 4.3L motors from a 96-98 gm truck are compatible for a swap without having to buy any extra parts or connections. Are there any other years of trucks i could use motor out of???
