Default 2000 silverado lift

I have a 2000 Silverado 4wd. I was wondering how high I could go with a suspension lift before having to change brake lines, transfer case, ect. Thanks for any help.

You should be able to get by with 3" as far as the shaft angles, but, given that the Brake Lines have been operating in that range for all those years, you should consider replacing them even if they can make the trip.

Rough country makes a nice 6" lift for about $1000 keeps front shaft at a good angle and comes with CV shaft spacers to help with the CV angles as well as lift knuckles so you don't have to mess with tortion keys too much
