I have checked the fuses what else could it be? everything else works on the lever but the Cruise C so!!

 

i have run accross a truck that had a hidden code that kept the cruise from working, do you have brake lights?

 

i guess so i just bought it and im replacing the engine oil cooler lines so not running right now

 

i would suggest reseting the computer. just unhook the battery for a few minutes. in my 07 the cruise dies bout once a month thats what i have to do to fix it. except for the 1 time i went to the dealer, then it magically fixed itself.

 

You may try looking to see if the electric plug worked it's way loose from the "smart stick" (windshield wiper, cruise, turn signal) within the steering column. Or you could give a shot of electrical cleaner where the cruise set button is. It can get gummed up with whatever was on the end of the finger pushing it.
