2004 silverado 2500hd, No power when key fully turned
I attempted to start my 2004 silverado 2500HD and when I turned the key I heard pop that sound it like it came from under the hood. Now when I turn the key to the first positions dashboards come and go off quickly and all that is left is the battery light and what gear i'm in. I can play the radio at this point and roll the windows down... but when I try to start the truck the check engine comes one flashing and I can hear a buzzing/clicking sound. traced it to the fuel pump relay/fuse. It is saturday and can't have it looked at until Monday and will have to have it towed. Any ideas on what to check myself?
thanks in advance

I sent you a PM but replying here too.
I am having the same issue tonight where my fuel pump relay fuse was making a clicking noise and my truck would not start. Please let me know how you resolved this since I will be dealing with it in the morning (It is parked at the supermarket still since I could not get it started).
I pulled the fuel pump relay fuse in the hopes that I can just replace the fuse and all is well; though I would assume it is not that easy.
Thanks
