Have a 2007, new body style, 4x4, 1500 with 6.0l. Does anyone know what the max tire size and wheel size is with a 2" front leveling kit? Trying to use a 18 inch wheel with maximum width and minimum backspace so the rim sticks out from the fender some.

I had my dealer connection install the Trailmaster 2" leveling kit on my 1500 4x4 crew cab (Z71 Off Road Pkg with 18" rims). It leveled out perfect. I drove to my tire connection and replaced the Bridgstone's with some LT 285/65/18 Nitto Terra Grapplers. The stock tires were 31.5" diameter and the new one's 32.52" diameter. They fill the wheel wells nicely and I get a ton of compliments. The width of the front wheel wells is going to be the issue. I've never had the new tires rub, but I noticed about 1" to 1.5" left in the well when the wheels are turned.
I can't remember which leveling kit company had it on their website, but they had listed a max recommended tire size for their kit.
I had turning radius issues on my Dodge because it was lifed with oversized BFG All-Terrains. It sucks when you are trying to pull into a parking space or navigate around the idiots that think it's okay to park on the boat ramp, but that's another story.
The Terra Grapplers with the Trailmaster 2" kit let me keep the Z71 shocks I paid extra for while preserving the turning radius and decent ride quality.
BEWARE that some shops will tell you you don't need an alignment after the install because it's only 2". That's total bull. The alignment tech showed me the specs, it needs to be aligned. I drove it before and after the alignment and there is a difference.
Sorry this didn't directly answer your question, but I hope the scoop helps out somehow.
