Default 2007 Siverado Classic Tire Question

I was wondering if I can run 265/70/17 instead of the factory 245/70/17 and if so will they cause any problems with brakes, odometer, or speedometer? Thanks Guys.

with bigger tires, the speedometer will show that you are going slower than what you really are, your odometer will not rack up as many miles as you are actually driving, there may be clearance issues in the wheel well, and you may or may not notice squeeling from the tires when cornering sharply on dry pavement
