2010 LTZ passenger mirror

2010 LTZ passenger mirror
In a parking lot someone broke my mirror.
Glass is okay, cap is okay, the part that is broken is the front portion surrounding the glass and goes to where the mirror attaches to the door.
I would like to know how to fix it, where to go and what part number it is. im prepared to pay for all the plastic if need to.I was going to replace both caps anyways.
some info on the mirror:
Its powered, turn signal in glass, no puddle lights, button fold and adjust, may also be heated.
Not sure if its a dl3 or dl8 ( not sure what the difference is )
