Hi all. Just wanted to throw a quick post up and introduce myself. This is my second Chevy since about 1987. The last one was stolen from my HS parking lot only to be found stripped in Denver about 3 weeks later. Sooooo... about 35 cars later, I finally opted back into a Chevy.

I traded in my 2008 LR3 for it. Was a bit upside down (it was a LR after all) but the incentives helped me out. Here is a quick pick the day it was delivered to me. It had just snowed, so she is a bit dirty:



And here are a quick couple of shots after I blacked out the emblems (and of course took off the lettering on the rear):




The Z71 decals were also ditched on the rear quarters:


The dealer is installing fogs with color matched bumper ends in the next week or so. At the same time, the front windows will be tinted and a Rough Country leveling kit on the front installed. After that, 285s will be going on the stock wheels. Looking into a clear bra once the fogs are installed.

Summer may bring the following:
- Bed Liner
- Tanto Cover
- DVD player for the kids

So, in the end I am happy to be back into a Chevy. Happy with the ride. Happy with the fuel economy (beating the LR even during this break in period).
