4 speed to 6 speed conversion?

4 speed to 6 speed conversion?
Ok, I know the answer to this question, but what the heck.
I have an 08 silverado with the 4l65e 4 speed. How hard would it be to change to the 6 speed or better yet the 6 speed Allison? Anyone done it?
Anyone can post it would be cheaper to buy a newer truck, so let's not have this threat with fifteen posts on how it is cheaper to buy a new truck. This is just a gee golly wiz what if question.
Interested to see where it goes.
