493 in a '03 Silverado 1500.
I was offered from my boss a 493 engine to tinker with for my truck, all I gotta do is rebuild the top end. Can the swap be done? It came off a 2000+ 3/4 ton pickup, so I assume the computers are interchangeable, but what about motor mounts and whatnot? What'll have to be done to get this going? It'd be a neat project, so I'm heavily considering this. Thanks for any input!
