Default 7.4L - no power at fuel relay

I am working on a 2000 3500HD with a (454) 7.4L

There is no power going to the fuel pump relay. I tested an identical truck (98) and connections 87 and 85 had 12volts. The 2000 does not have any volts at the terminals.

Question: what supplies voltage to the fuel pump relay?
- is there another fuse some where?

Where is the oil pressure switch located?

Where can I find a schematic?

We tried a new fuel relay (but it is not going to work with no voltage supplied)

I appricate any and all help.
