78' K15 w/ 454 Big Block Mud Truck No Spark???
Ive got a 78 K15 mud truck that has a 454 big block. I just had the carb rebuilt and rejetted for the hooker comp headers, new gas tank sending unit, new o-ring and lock ring, new fuel pump, new starter, new fuel lines, new edelbrock intake, new edelbrock air cleaner, and when I put the carb on last week I blew the fuel pump, so I had to dump fuel into the carb to get it to run, well now I have a new fuel pump and its pumping fuel fine but theres no spark...wtf??? I have only owned the truck for about 2 months so I was not the one who did all the wiring and motor swap but the wiring in the truck is a disaster. Is there a reason there is all of a sudden no spark??? Im completely lost here.

No power to the ignition switch, OR bad ignition switch, OR bad rotor, OR bad cap, OR bad wiring to the module, OR bad ignition module, OR bad pickup coil, OR bad coil.
If it cranks the fuse link is okay.

If it's a point distributor, pull distributor cap, crank it to make sure the rotor is turning. If so with key switch on, pop open the points, if you have fire, you'll know. If not look at ignition coil for voltage to it.
