Ok i bought this truck with the idea of an easy electrical fix. Turns out the engine harness has been really hacked up. I have counted 16 cut wires. I cant find a harness in any of the junck yards I have gone to. If anybody knows where i can get one or a place that will rebuild one please let me know. Thanks for the help.

is it the C/K series? if so, the harness from a 1/2 ton would work, im not sure the same could be said for the next gen though

yeah its a c/k. but every junk yard i go to is just as bad or worse than mine. im just runnin out of ideas

well, go buy a soldering gun, a haynes repair manual, some heat shrink and a case of beer and rebuild it properly start with the starter/ground wires and go from there
