Default 94 Chevy Silverado K1500 Pickup reading codes 13, 35, & 43

Hey guys, working on a 1994 Chevy Silverado K1500 Pickup with a 5.7L reading diagnostic codes 13, 35, & 43. This truck was bought 2 months so I am not sure on much of it's history. First the battery died so we replaced that. Then noticed it was leaking antifreeze and transmission fluid so we replaced the radiator. Was still leaking transmission fluid so we we replaced the transmission cooler lines. No more leaking... Next day the blower motor stopped working... got it working by hitting the black box, which still has to be done occasionally. {Since the truck was bought, whenever reversing it would die unless gas was stepped on. It would also occasionally die when stopped but in drive (unless stepping on brake and gas).} Next, stepping on the gas would cause the the tail-light - dash light fuse blow, then the blinker fuse would blow as well. After reviewing a post on this site, I decided the idle air control valve had to be changed. After that was changed, truck no longer dies, replaced fuses all lights including blinkers work. I reran the diagnostic and still getting codes 13, 35, & 43. Although the truck does not die anymore, when in any gear besides natural or park, and while at a stop on the brake, the battery gage fluctuates between 12-14 and so does the rpm. It almost feels like someone is sightly reving the engine. And now the dash/tail lights fuse blew again Any suggestions on what is likely wrong?
