I found the leak. A hose blew off I put it back on but truck will don't move

did you re-fill the trans with fluid??

engine warn and running to check the fluid level

I hope that's all it is............

Truck warming up. Put another clamp on hose. It is the one show in the picture. Bottom one. Bought to put Tran fluid in

Thanks for the update.

Not a good idea to run the motor with little or no fluid in the transmission even at idle. After putting fluid in, let it run for about 5 minutes (parked) to get air out of the lines and let the fluid warm up.

If it still wont go in gear and move down the road your gf may have accidentally shot the transmission by driving it without fluid.

FYI - transmissions hold more fluid than most ppl think. what drains out of the pan during a quick drain and fill is only about 1/3 of what the tranny holds.

My truck for instance holds 13 quarts but when i drain it only about 4 - 5 quarts come out.

have you verified the fluid is at full level? Checked it like Pugly mentioned?
