Where is the "I/P fuse block"? Is that different from the fuse block that's located under the dash to the left of the steering wheel? My manual refers to the I/P fuse block and it refers to a fuse that's not present at the fuse panel in the cab.

LSUfan71 check under your hood on the drivers side there is another fuse/relay block there.
